Bosnian term
FOU [here]
Bosnian to English
Medical
Medical (general)
I am translating a Bosnian discharge letter. Now, under diagnoses, I have:
FOU: angipathia hypertensive gr.1
I am thinking that FOU stands for "FUO, fever of unknown origin".
However, I'd like to hear from Bosnian medical colleagues to see if FOU perhaps stands for something else as well in Bosnian.
Thanks a lot!

That means that FOU is Fever of Unknown Origin and in local language you could see either Grip, virus neidentifikovan or (in Latin) Influenza, virus non identificatum

Note from asker:
Hi, Tatjana, I fail to understand what you mean exactly. Could you explain as/or post the reference? Thanks! |

: Za MKB, koriste se lokalni i latinski nazivi a ne engleski - šifra za FUO je R50 - Febris causae ignotae - groznica nepoznatog porekla
