FEE FOR SERVICES AND TARIFF
Fee for Services and Compensation of Expenses
Article 131.
Notary public shall be entitled to fee for his/her work and compensation of expenses incurred by a service rendered, in accordance with the notary public tariff.
Agreements stipulating a higher fee than the one in the notary public tariff shall be prohibited.
Notary public shall not be entitled to fee for a notary public document deficient in form or containing any other deficiency due to his/her fault.
If a fee from the previous paragraph of this Article is already paid, a party might ask for its restitution.
Notary Public Tariff
Article 132.
Notary public tariff shall be defined by the Chamber with the approval of the Ministry.
Maturity of Fee and Compensation of Expenses
Article 133.
The fee for work and compensation of expenses shall be effected immediately after the operation is completed, and a notary public may request the party to pay in an adequate amount of advance payment in the moment the operation is taken.
Note and Certificate
Article 134.
Notary public shall, at each notary public document and each copy, enter a note of the amount of the fee charged.
At party's request, notary public shall issue a bill with specification and receipt for fee and expenses charged.
