Here's the context:

Разбирам и приемам, че упълномощените органи, които работят от името на ----, може да поискат да извършат проверка на превозното средство преди или след издаването на *статус за съответствие* или подлежащ на отстъпка или освобождаване от заплащане на такса.

I can't find any meaning for "статус" other than "status." Is "статус за съответствие или подлежащ на отстъпка" even grammatical Bulgarian?
