I am not a native speaker of English, but I think my suggestion is a good match to this sentence the way it sounds in Bulgarian. One of the previous suggestions shows "building contract", but I think it is better if we use "construction contract", as it is not clear from the sentence what type of construction they are talking about.
The last word of my suggestion is "contract", but I didn't have enough space to write it and I don't know if it will show as "contrac" or "contract".
Best regards, nnn
