На български: сухожилнонадкостни рефлекси (СНР) умерено живи, симетрични
или
сухожилнонадкостни рефлекси (СНР) умерено живи, билатерално

*В случая Д=Л означава симетрично изразени рефлекси, т.е. еднакви по сила от ляво и от дясно (левостранно и десностранно), затова или трябва да се въведе равенство между L=R или да се впише symmetrically, което е по срещаният вариант. Използва се и bilaterally(билатерално)
* Също обикновено в тези случаи на английски се използва were вместо are, тъй като се описва състоянието в момента на прегледа или снемане на анамнезата a не в настоящия момент
