Es tut mir sehr leid, aber Diona7 irrt sich. Erstens sind Baerenfuss und Heracleum verschiedene Pflanzen, zweitens sind beide Pflanzen giftig. Man tut sie in die Speisen nicht.

Meine Links sind eindeutig.

disagree  Jarema: Das ist ein grober Fehler Baerenfuss ist giftig und Heracleum auch. Ausserdem ist Heracleum nicht Baerenfuss, sondern Herkulesstaude oder Riesen-Baerenklau
