Citación al juzgado municipal del secretario. Robo de almendras y cortar alambres delante casa Secretaria... El alcalde en días festivos embriaga a los perdidos del pueblo. *****A los individuos del somatén*****les manifiesta que como tales no son responsables de lo que hagan y que adem·s les ampara él y los que tiene detr·s. Por lo tanto desde hoy ya no hay *****MÄS? seguridad para las personas y propiedades del Sindicato que las personas de 100 individuos, ***que son la mayor parte del pueblo y propietarios, amenazando un conflicto grave a la población por no poder aguantar m·s la injusta indignación de estas si siguen las injustas provocaciones de aquel.****

This is a horrible sentence! Fisrt 'individuos del somatén', what's the functional equivalent in English?

Then, isn't there a MÁS missing (which i have inserted here)?

Also just to confirm that the first part 'citación...del secretario' means to 'bring/take the secretary to court'.

Finally the sentence marked with an asterisk.

These last two doubts I will transfer to a new question so as not to draw the wrath of the moderators down on me.....

The author must have been learning to write while producing this text...Besides, this guy didn't like the Somaten much, therefore the use of "individuos", not quite "individuals" but rather something like "fellah" (Kiwi WWII African Campaign veterans coined it...no, not an uncle there this time!). The kind of word one uses to avoid using something like "those sods"...You'll sure come out with something better if you get my gist.
Yeap, "más" fits perfectly.
The author could well be the secretary and he's calling a summons to the court against this cute major who's using the somaten to curtail the union's movements in the town, which is what the author is concerned about (is he the Union's secretary?, doesn't really tell, but I would bet on it. Remember the 1919 strike scenario. So the only police for the Union members are those 100 sods (members of the wealthy community) on the Council's payroll and with permission to do as they please. Just like any trade unionist in 70's Chile, for instance. Plus ca change...Sort :-)

The additional “Más” is correct. Look at this citation: “no se ha hablado más de el”
