It's from a menu for a restaurant in Barcelona. I realise this word isn't Spanish, but I couldn't change my settings. Is "grexion" a word in Catalán?

Explanation:
It is indeed a selling mistake. The text should read GREIXONS DE JABUGO, and 'greixons' are another word for 'llardó', called 'chicarrón' in Spanish en 'crackling' in English according to the gencat:

ca llardó, m

ca llardufa, f
ca rostilló, m
es chicharrón
fr rillons
en crackling
