Catalan to English translations [PRO]

I assume the first part means "you could say", and I don't understand the second part - so thought I'd better ask about the whole section! :-)
"Podríem dir que nosaltres treballem en base a la cuina i donem respostes culinàries, és adir fem plats, fem el.laboracions, fem tècniques que puguin servir per segons quin tipus de gent, des de gent que està malalta o té algun tipus de malaltia específica, o fins a gent de restauració. "

Yes, I think "you could say" would be okay (just sounds a bit superfluous to me). |

So, you think it's "focus on" then...? (obviously, or you wouldn't have put that as your answer LOL).
I feel I should leave the first part since it is a subtitle for the video - do you agree that would be "you could say"?
