Catalan to English translations [PRO]

I asked a few Catalans who'd never heard that in Catalan but who all agreed it had to be "poached eggs". I also found this menu:

"Poached" is an anglicized French word, so Spanish and Catalan speakers are certainly entitled to do the same. ;)
