Law/Patents - Law (general) | | Catalan term or phrase: pressupost protegible | These are the requirements for applying for assitance from the generalitat to renovate buildings.
It seems to be redundant to me, I also saw "protected budget", but I am pretty sure that is not it. It seems to be referring to the subsidy twice. I don't get it.
"Si cal fer una reparació dels elements de l'edifici que pel seu grau de deteriorament representen un risc, s’atorga un 25 % del pressupost protegible (es dóna un màxim de 800 € per habitatge o local)." |

Transliterate to Castilian and then look up. It is a term of art, inc. all costs, engineering and management plus taxes for a floorspace of up to 120 m2, so should not be translated literally as protected or protectable. |
