This is a type of hunting license that GENCAT issues. Are they maybe dogs? (There is a seperate permit for dogs as well).

According to my experience (35 years in Catalonia). This is unlike the Spanish "asimilable". From Latin "assimilare": to make one thing like another, from similis like, similar
