First I state

Explanation:
Altressi dic (Otrosí digo - in Spanish) means "I further state" or 'Furthermore I state". Altressi prime dic (Otrosí primero digo - in Spanish) - I think you could translate this as, "First I state".

However, I am not sure of the best legalese terms in English. I hope someone else will be of more help!
