Explanation:
I don't think a native Catalan speaker would recognise "porxo" as the typical small rabbit hutch which disguises the door in English (and evidently US) houses.

Here it is understood to be something more like a good Australian verandah, covering at least a good part of one wall, including the door.

That said, "estate-agent-speak" and "spec-builder-talk" are notoriously optimistic.

It is a service performed on the house.

Explanation:
What in the "anglo-saxon" world we call a "porch" is in Catalan a "volada" if it is not supported from below by columns or walls, and a "pòrtic" if it's got those fancy little columns so beloved of architects looking for inspiration.
