Après mélange, on la fait cuire dans un "perol" = casserole ou fait tout pendant 2 heures. On la laisse refroidir et on coupe des tranches qu'on peut asaissoner
avec une vinaigrette. Actuellement on la trouve déjà faite dans les Marchés catalans.
