Chinese to Chinese translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s)
Chinese term or phrase: Sentence
实际交货日期应按照以下 (______)条款确定为:________:
1. 货物可以分批交付,相应的发货,发票及付款应分别进行,具体交货日期由双方另行签订补充规定协商确定;
2. 货物应当一次性交付,同时若实际交货为提前或分批交货,其对应的发货,发票及付款应分别进行 在本条规定的交货期限内一次性交货

I have a problem with "其对应的发货,发票及付款应分别进行 在本条规定的交货期限内一次性交货" in item no. 2. Is something missing here? Is it one full sentence? Based on a similar part in item no. 1, could it be "其对应的发货,发票及付款应分别进行,在本条规定的交货期限内一次性交货"? This does not make much sense too...

Explanation:
这个合同确实不规范。我理解Item 1和Item 2是供选择的两种交货方式,两者选一。
例如,填空后可成为“实际交货日期应按照以下(第2条)条款确定为:2007年9月1日前一次性交付。”

第2条大概是这个意思:
2. 货物应当一次性交付,在本条规定的交货期限内一次性交货。若实际上改为提前交货或分批交货,其对应的发货、发票(invoicing)及付款应按照每批交货分别进行。

Thanks. It is extremely frustrating to work on this project. I have to leave comments everywhere for the client. I do think what I have here is a bad Chinese translation. There are even English punctuation marks all over the document! Arghhh....

  -> Thanks!

agree  Hanyi Magnusson: a very vague feeling that this contract is originated from a English source, could be a 'coded' translation again.

  -> Yes, it happens all the time, like the IPod User Instruction. :-) Thanks!
