　　诸葛亮的答案很简单：先将立国的实施计划定出来。于是他先分析形势，指出曹操在官渡击败袁绍兵，兵多将勇，更挟天子而令诸侯，不可与之争锋。孙权据有江东，有长江之险，贤臣之附，可以引为援手。而刘备的行动计划应是先取荆州后取川，在天府之地立国。跟着“跨有荆、益，保其严阻，西和诸戎，南抚夷越，外结孙权，内修政理，天下有变，则命一上将将荆州之军以向宛、洛，将军身率益州之众出于秦州，百姓孰敢不箪食壶浆以迎将军者乎？”

　　有了立国蓝图，刘备便依循这个计划，一步步地建立蜀汉皇朝。

为此，“对隆中”在此处有“制订重要计划”之意,暗指开会。"山水生处"我想是指客户的会议厅有美景，我译得也不是太好，供参考。

neutral  chica nueva: great view is too casual. mountain and creek - not creek, try waters, stream or whatever it is but not creek. creek is not beautiful or poetic.
