在中国青海，有些少数民族居住的村子被列入旅游景点，此类去处被称作民俗村或风情园。不知确切怎么翻译。

Explanation:
少数民族 are often called "ethnic minorities", theme park is obviously an Americanism which does not reflect this type of attractions and people might get disappointed if they don't see roller coasters there! I've been to the 苗黎山寨 in Hainan and I'd called it the Miao Li Enthnic Village, and when I described to others using that term people had no problem understanding it.

Fang Sheng is right. "Cultural village" might be more for "wen hua cun". You can try "folk culture village".
