燃油附加费（Fuel oil surcharge / fuel adjustment factor）。航运公司和班轮公会收取的反映燃料价格变化的附加费。该费用以每运输吨多少金额或者以运费的百分比来表示。缩写为f.o.s.或f.a.f.。也称作Bunker surcharge或Bunker adjustment factor。根据国家发展和改革委员会（简称“国家发改委”)和中国民用航空局（Civil Aviation Administration of China，简称“民航局”）下发的【2008】1568号文件精神，现下发通知调整国内航线燃油附加费征收标准，具体如下：　　一、自2008年7月1日起（出票日期），800公里以下航线每位旅客由60元提高到80元，800公里（含）以上航线每位旅客由100元提高到150元。　　二、按成人普通票价10%计价的婴儿继续免收国内航线旅客运输燃油附加费；购买任何舱位的儿童（含无成人陪伴儿童）、革命伤残军人和因公致残的人民警察国内航线旅客运输燃油附加费继续实行减半收取，即800公里以下航段每位旅客收取40元，800公里（含）以上航段每位旅客收取70元。　　注：婴儿票编码和票面须注明INF 　　儿童票编码和票面须注明CHD 　　革命伤残军人和因公致残的人民警察编码和票面须注明DFMM/DFPP。　　三、2008年7月1日前已出票的2008年7月1日（航班日期）以......
