Chinese to English translations [PRO] Architecture | | Chinese term or phrase: 金十字地带 | refers to buildings within a certain vicinity of one another
北京东三环路与建国门外大街金十字地带的地标建筑 |
| | | golden mile | Explanation: A "golden mile" is a stretch of a road where property prices are very high. In this particular case, it refers to an intersection ("shizi" of "shizilukou") of two main avenues in Beijing. I guess you could call it "golden intersection", but I think "golden mile" is a term better understood, at least by people that are into real estate. |
