一、上海汽车灯具研究所
前身为上海拖拉机汽车研究室所属的汽车灯具小组，1978年9月经上海市拖拉机汽车工业公司批准，扩建为上海汽车灯具研究室。1979年12月，上海拖拉机汽车研究所成立，该室隶属于上海拖拉机汽车研究所，科研业务由中国第一机械工业部和上海市拖拉机汽车工业公司下达，属双重领导。1981年11月，一机部下达任务：进行汽车新型灯具、新光源、新品种研究，试制试验和鉴定定型，开展全国灯具“三化”和行业活动，研究汽车灯光系统理论等。1983年9月，由上海市计划委员会批准扩建计划，投资48万元，新建研究场所648平方米，增加投影仪、光通量测试台、万能工具显微镜等测试设备。1985年，成为全国汽车灯具行业的技术归口单位，主要承担汽车灯具的研究开发，国内外水平分析，发展动态，市场预测和行业的标准情报等技术归口工作，质量检测与评定等行业性工作。1986年11月，改名上海汽车灯具研究所，隶属于上海汽车拖拉机研究所，下设综合技术室、标准情报室、技术测试室。1993年7月，该所划入上海汽车工业质量监督中心（对内称汽车灯具室），1995年，有职工21人，其中工程技术人员8人（高级技术职称3人，中级技术职称5人）。固定资产100万元（内仪器设备50万元）。占地面积1000平方米。所址：海防路377号。
