It seems I have to wait too long before it's my turn to get the free car wash ... or/and, when I do get my free car wash, it takes quite some time before it's done and I get my car back.
It seems like the customer is complaining that it takes much time before he gets the free car wash and/or much time before his car is actually washed and ready for him to get back. It is ALSO possible that he's NOT complaining, but rather, comments on what he perceives as a concern. He might have seen that happen to other people (waiting and waiting). |
