The common name of Platalea Minor in English is "black-faced spoonbill" - seems there is no other nickname from my checks on specialist websites. 英文的俗名就是 "black-faced spoonbill" From Google, Wu-Jih seems most common way to write city of 乌日 in Taiwan, Wujih is less common way.
See http://www.bfsa.org.tw/en/ep02.htm and if you can also http://worldbirds.eu/abcb/blackfaced_spoonbill.htm so 哈勒巴戈图 may be some Chinese "common name" which has no equivalent in English, or does 图 refer to a picture in the text here? Maybe you can use pinyin and explain it is a "Chinese Common Name" Maybe send more of the text?
