超时费:超过合同约定租期且不足一个收费周期,以合同约定标准,计收超时部分的租金。

It is in the context of car leasing. It is not the overtime fee for the driver, but rather the fee for going past the contract expiration date. However, it is not exactly the fee for contract extension, as there is a clause that says that extension of contract shall be negotiated in advance. If i were to translate it as overtime fee, it would sound very wierd as overtime fee usually applies to the driver. Any suggestions? Thank you.

agree  Fang Sheng: Overtime sounds a bit like some sort of wage compensation(加班费). I guess that's why they use "Late Return Fee" for car rental specifically.
