甘氨酸也就是氨基乙酸,其分子中有一个氨基。在我提供的那个webpage上Catalog ID 10380 的旁边有一个分子式C9H10ClNO2。你点击该分子式就可看到那个氨基。该氨基可以与酸根结合而形成盐。因此,所谓的酒石酸盐是酒石酸与(S)-(+)-邻氯苯甘氨酸甲酯中的氨基形成的盐,而不是与其甲酯形成的盐。凡是氨基酸都具有这种性质。
