甩项工程是指某个单位工程,为了急于交付使用,把按照施工图要求还没有完成的某些工程细目甩下,而对整个单位工程先行验收。其甩下的工程细目,称甩项工程。 甩项工程中有些是漏项工程,或者是由于缺少某种材料、设备而造成的未完工程;有些是在验收过程中检查出来的需要返工或进行修补的工程。
