Chinese to English translations [PRO]

I need to put this address in an English pamphlet. Could someone please put it in English? The address you see on the link is not exactly the same, but what I have in my source document is as you see above in my question. I guess it is standard to put 開発区 as Economic Development Zone rather than giving its Chinese pinyin, but please advise me what I should do there, too.
