Chinese term or phrase: 封库返箱

This phrase stands on its own, in a table from a manual on product inspections, about what to do if a certain product is found to suffer from a defect.

I'm guessing it vaguely means something like return the product to the box or crate it came from.

Any help is appreciated.

I guess the context relates to cargo forwarding.
In Chinese context,
封库 means simply the closure of the warehouse.
返箱: 如果是货主自行与船公司商定的集装箱使用协议，货运公司负责将空集装箱返回其指定的还箱站 here 箱 means container. Usually the cargoes are transported to the destination warehouse together with the container and then the container should be returned to the shipping company.
However, if the context indicates otherwise, this will not apply.
