签约账户是指经过柜台签约认证的账户，签约账户可以使用网上银行提供的所有功能。
约定账户则是指未在建行网上银行签约或注册的账户，它可以在网上即时输入即时使用，主要用于"转入约定账户"交易。在进行转账交易时，约定账户只能接受资金的转入。
