复利终值是指本金在约定的期限内,按一定的利率计算出毎期的利息,将其加人本金再计利息,{逐期滚标}到约定期末的本金和利息总值。

The compound interest total for a given time is found by calculating the interest on your capital for each period, then adding that interest to the original and calculating interest for the next period on that new capital. The capital is recalculated every period until you get the total at the end of the time, which is your compound interest total. You can also then work out the total earned interest.
