1、指用自然物理计量单位表示的施工企业完成的各种工程的实物数量。如用立方米表示的土石方工程、砖石砌筑工程、混凝土工程完成的数量; 以平方米表示的抹灰工程、屋面工程完成数量和房屋建筑面积; 以吨表示金属结构工程的完成数量等等。实物工程量可直接反映各种工程的实际完成情况,能具体表现施工活动的规模和水平。
