I'm at a total loss for this word. I can't find any reference on the net for what the best English equivalent is. I'm guessing it may mean leveling up your equipment, though that's possibly far off. In addition, it seems to be used as a verb at the part that says 衝到, so there must be a meaning to 衝 that I'm not so familiar with in terms of gaming.
