檢送
公文的附送語。公文行文時，如有附件，便於文末敘述附件的名稱和分數。並檢齊附件一起送達。通常為對平行及下行機關使用。如：「檢送戶籍法一分」。
查照
公文上為使對方知悉、辦理的期望語。通常用於平行機關。如：「請查照」、「請查照轉告」。
Judging from these, “检送...公告乙份，请查照。” should mean something like “Please find attached one copy of ... for your action/information/perusal/reference” (depending on the situation).
