Chinese term or phrase: 撒你無

This phrase is from this sentence "一個自己心裡不敢有任何表示的政治人物，你的朋友，縱使你的敵人，都「撒你無」嘛！" I think it is a Taiwanese expression. Hope anyone from Taiwan can help me. Thanks.

Explanation:
說這句話的人是南方朔，評論馬英九領導無能。南方朔是政治評論家，經常在台灣媒體上發表已經幾十年了，針砭時政，令人敬重，沒有聽說他會在公開言論上講髒話。
撒你無：看你不是個角色，不當你是號人物。

Explanation:
I'm not in Taiwan, but in Xiamen, where they also speak Minnan. Sa li mu is a standard insult in Minnan (f**k your mother); it's not often written, and wouldn't normally be these characters, but my Minnan-speaking wife says she would recognise these three characters as being a politer way to represent that phrase in writing.

I'm not sure I understand the whole sentence, but it clearly ties in with the theme of the paragraph - a good leader has values, and the country feels unity; a bad leader listens only to yes-men, and people are indifferent to one another.
