明 is the dynasty.
永乐 is the reign name
明成祖 is apparently his 'temple name'

Explanation: 成 not mean “dynasty”, if you want work out the combined meaning of the three Chrs, really too long IMO, so suggest transliteration: Ming Cheng Zu, that's enough. Only for your reference.
