工会或者企业、事业单位以及其他经济组织，除因不可抗力，不得拒绝或者拖延进行集体谈判。一方提出集体谈判要求后，另一方应当在十个工作日内予以回复。双方对谈判期限另有约定的除外。

Usually 另有约定的除外 means "unless otherwise agreed by the parties" but I don't see how it fits here. |
