No, this is not a 忽悠. I do believe that the phrase/sentence is kind of a typical ideological slogan and very interesting to study. That was why I asked. Believe me, there won't be anyone 送死. I am fully responsible for the question asked, the answer chosen and everything in between. If I were allowed to disclose more, say, in the forum, well, you know me good enough, I am better at some more things. For instance, the next question would be from a Chinese fable: 狐假虎威.
