立约人根据合同、协议的不同,可以有不同译法。
常见的译法是:Promisor;Contractor
如果是要求签字(签章),后面又没有单独的(签字/签章)的字样,我觉得译为“Signature”就可以。
另外,根据合同的不同,还可以译为:Applicant(即申请人), Affiant
上面用大写是考虑到这段内容一般单独出现于签字处。如果是在句子中,当然没必要用大写。
