Medical - IT (Information Technology) / medical equipment
Chinese term or phrase: 先不
This is from email exchanges between call center representatives and technicians in the field in China about medical equipment:
报价为第三方产品,先不报价.
联系过客户,先不到现场,不加operation.

I translated 先不 as "don't...first"; for example, "don't give a price quote first," but a reviewer said it should be "suspend" in the first sentence above. I haven't found 先不 in any dictionary.

You are welcoome!

Of course you can also say "no...for now" or "no...for the time being".

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you! This looks like the best choice, but I am thinking of making a small change and phrasing it as "no...for now"; that seems to have the same meaning while being less formal.
