agreed with Alvin Liu: this Chinese version is wrong, mis-translated, and translated badly. Moreover: 各权力方 should be 各权利方(rights, not power); where's the proper punctuation in Example 1? not mention 莫一行为... My opinion: "term" or "condition" separately could be 条款or条件; 文件 could be document(s) or documentation, but not certainly be a "file"(檔案). I propose you to get the En version for reading. I don't believe this Chinese version is an effective or valid legal paper. For your ref only.

I am sure the Chinese version is wrong, which may be done by an irresponsible or careless person. The Chinese version is translated from English version. I am sure the original English source should be "terms and conditions". In addition, 莫一行为 is also wrong, which should be “某一行为", i.e. certain action.

I know “文件” in general should be "document" or "file," but my law brain doesn't like it. In English, and with the legal concepts involved, "term" seems to make more sense to me, but maybe I am wrong! For example, in example 1, it seems strange to say the "effective completion of the file/document." The effective completion of a term seems much more logical. Similarly, in example 2, "documents and conditions" also seems strange--it seems to be referring to the very common phrase, "terms and conditions," but again, I may be wrong.
