But I do not really know how to translate it, here in the Philippines, they are just enumerated as Schedule 1, 2, 3... depending on how many kinds of detailed information are required.

Indeed, (附列资料 ) annex or appendix is used in patents or law documents, whereas supplement is used for books, magazines or newspaper. As to 'schedule' I will paste again the link for you, you may need some time to digest and accept.

look at 28C "Creditable Value-added tax withheld (see Schedule 1)" , the 28C only provide a value, if you want to know its breakdown & source, you'll need to refer to Schedule 1.
