Chinese to English translations [PRO] Bus/Financial - Law: Taxation & Customs / letter of appointment of representative for RO in China | | Chinese term or phrase: 工商登记联络员 | Good afternoon.
there's not much context, it's a form requesting a lot of different information for the setting up of a Rep office in China and one of those is this sentence 工商登记联络员信息 followed by name, department, etc etc
Now, while to me it would read like:information regarding the liason person for registering to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (or a shorter version), on Internet you find (on official sites gov't sites!) the translation
"Information on applicant of the proposed company".
The fact is that this one to me sounds pretty wrong, where did "工商登记" go?
So, I'm requesting confirmation and eventually a nicer way to translate it.
Thanks everyone

Asker: well, do you have a link for this?
Asker: eventually I think I will just translate as "contact person for Business Registration" given that in the context it appears quite clear. Thanks!
the Chinese Link I had it already, I meant a link with the official translation:)) but it's fine anyway!
