| | | English translation:Register of Deeds | Explanation: While both variants are in use, "register of deeds" is to my knowledge the far more common term. Further options would be "registrar of deeds" or "registrar of titles". As far as I am aware the terms are virtually synonymous, but the correct appellation varies according to area of jurisdiction. |
