It is one of many Chinese dialects. What do you call it in English?

Any input would be much appreciated. Thanks.

chao zhou hua

Explanation:
Chaozhou written in Chinese is 潮州, Kevin Yang is wrong, although his location is correct. 'Chaozhou' is the modern Mandarin pinyin of 潮州. Overseas Chaozhou people call their dialect Teochew (meaning Chaozhou). 'Teow Chow' looks like Wade-Giles Mandarin pinyin, an older pinyin system abandoned by the Communists (but still in use in Taiwan).
