将接近测试片测试范围上限的高值样本，用接近测试片测试范围下限的低值样本稀释成共五个不同浓度梯度，按测试项目依次测定，每个浓度梯度点测试3次，取平均值，用最小二乘法进行稀释比例与测定值的线性拟合，并计算线性回归方程，由此方程计算各浓度点的计算值。

Why did the menu change?
