Acute regional sinoatrial node artery degeneration

Explanation:
After consulting dictionaries and searching the web I think that 心房靜脈竇结 means sinoatrial node artery. 急性=acute, 局部=regional, 退化=degeneration. Someone should check this as I haven't found direct translation into English.

Acute localised degeneration of the atrial sinus node

Explanation:
The translations for 静脉窦 and 静脉窦结 are sinus venosus and sinal node or sinus nodex respectively. The former becomes part of the right atrium in the adult heart whereas the sinoatrial node (=窦房结), also located in the atrium, is the natural pacemaker of the heart. The source phrase in context has to do with a side effect of the medical device, which is likely to be a pacemaker when the topic is on cardiology. Hence, it makes more sense that it is the sinus node that gets degenerated from the side effect of the medical device.
