全腹未扪及包块, also 全腹未触及异常包块, or 全腹未触及异常包块... etc. Are these all the same meaning? I think it means something like "entire abdomen... not palpated(felt)... no masses" however grammatically I am not sure. Just wondering if someone can translate/compare these? What exactly does "及" mean here?
