Specialist Clinic

Explanation:

Notes to answerer

neutral  Carlis Hsu: Seriously, ordinary people don't have access to VIP Clinic (特需门诊), and, as far as I know Specialist Clinic means 专家门诊. They are two of the three types of clinic service in a typical Chinese hospital, and are so distinguished as they stand.
