By the way, if you refer to http://www.proz.com/kudoz/574241, you will see that I agreed to Tingting's answer then. However, in the end, I took Jimmy's suggestion. Since then, this is how I deal with such codes--by putting them in pinyin. It is important to be able to trace back to the document. If you translate it into English, the reader will probably not be able to trace it back to the original Chinese document.
