Explanation:
测量羊水量有两种方法，一是参考羊水量指数Amniotic Fluid Index (AFI)，而是测量单一羊水囊最深径Single Deepest Pocket Measurement，研究发现后者的准确性更高。从上下文看来，中国是采用比较准确的方法。我怀孕时好像照前期超声波的时候用的是后者，后期快生的时候用的是AFI。原因大概是因为AFI用的仪器简单点，而单一羊水囊最深径需要比较复杂的仪器。

股骨长径2.5cm应该是“Fetal Femur Length”。在怀孕中期的超声波中，股骨长径可以用来监测唐氏综合症的几率。
